Rotate your mattress
Added 2019-07-03 22:16:25 +0000 UTCWe finally decided to change our mattress and buy a new one with better quality. The sale lady told us that the lifespan of a mattress was usually 5 to 10 years, and it was recommended that we rotated it every two months. We havenβt done any of that for the past few years, no wonder that we haven't been sleeping well these days.
And our new mattress was delivered today, it costs us a fortune but hopefully itβs all worthy of it.

2019-07-03 22:49:30 +0000 UTCGood thing you guys donβt sleep on a down filled mattress like my old boss and W Hotels have. You have to flip and fluff them every day. My old cheap mattress I had to rotate every other month and I was the only one that slept in it. My new mattress I got two years is a lot better quality.

2019-07-03 22:45:10 +0000 UTCIβm definitely getting a new mattress before the holidays, Iβve had my current one for over 7 years now and recently over the last year been rotating it because of minor scoliosis Iβve had since I was a teen. But good tip to rotate it every couple months, gotta tell Jack this so when we move into our new place next year, we can be prepared when getting a Californian king bed set π
