I called my mom yesterday afternoon after she came home from a 10 hour grave yesterday night. I told her that I would have gone and dropped by a visit, but had needed to stop by to put more money on my bus pass. But my sister came by and got her some sushi at work and she dropped my sister off and I told her that I’d tell her how my second interview goes on Thursday. And I’m getting her a late gift of daises, a makeup gift card, and shoes. My babes mom passed away a few years ago unfortunately, but I know the greatest gift he gave for her is to see her son happy. I know she’s smiling down in heaven

I would have sent a funny one along with a traditional one.. My guys a bit of a dullard so i try to make his cards more personalized.. Heh.. When he see what i wrote, he cant get mad at me when he sees the positive reaction from family and friends.

I think it's a good idea to send funny postcards. And my mom always sends me funny e-cards to my mailbox. XD

Miss my mother. She passed away a couple of years ago. Always sent her flowers. I remember sending her once a card with only a muscled arm with a flowery tattoo and Mom in Center. She like my sick sense of humor.

My husband is not the best at holidays so I make sure he does something for his mom on Mothers Day. You don’t know how much you will miss them until they are gone. My mom passed away about 10 years ago, so it’s a bittersweet day for me.
