As much as I dislike to admit, I didn't use my barbell as frequently as I wanted. But I guess we all have that one fitness gadget collecting dust at home, right? By the way, Nico has a barbell too, but instead of using it to lift weight, I have only seen him using it to dry washed laundry.

I could never have a home gym at home unless it’s a small wrestling mat in the garage I could use to practice with a few friends or if Jack and my 4 year old son decided to be in wrestling in 10 years. I would need a personal trainer to keep my going to the gym. So I totally feel you that it’s a little embarrassing to admit it, but it shouldn’t be that big of an issue.
