For this part of the story, I didn't have to invent much. I went through the same ugly break up when I was in my twenties. If I learnt something from that experience, it's "NO means NO". If a guy is determined to leave you, there's nothing you can do to stop him. No cute drawing, no heart-warming letter no fancy gift in the world can get him back. Stalking him or sending him endless messages will only make him resent you even more. Moving on is the only right option.
