Si c'est le cas, ça vaudrait la peine de consulter un spécialiste du sommeil. C'est ce que j'ai fait... Je ronflais et j'arrêtais de respirer 60 fois par nuit... 😱 Le CPAP a réglé mon problème... 👍.
