Though both this person and the voltlin teased last report do both appear in the intro.
Speaking of the intro, the total word count for the intro went from 5500ish to 14500ish words with multiple revisions and drafts, and has some branching paths and such so that's not all mandatory reading you'll need to do, but otherwise yes it's the largest story portion yet in the game. And that's all done. Aside from the boss fight that occurs in it.
Which said fight is one of the big remaining things on my todo list for the update and I haven't yet started on aside from general planning, perks, and stats.
And that's cause I've been working on a sort of small side thing very related to the update at hand that I feel is important to have come with the update, which isn't done yet but is getting there.
Additionally I've caught up on all reported bugs I've seen as well as reported typos. Along with a few new system features for modders to use and some smol balance changes. Like Slimes (Except for bubble slime) now having a weakness to aphrodisiac damage.
I don't think I really did a good job at resting or working effectively this month and will work towards correcting this so progress can get done smoother and in a more timely manner, I don't think this update should be taking so long, even with some of the external interruptions I faced on some days.
