Amber Art Feedback Poll

No we head that already with Vivian whos first art (which now has Nara) made her look so much suspicious, that people thought en Masse, that she is the Demon Queen or some of her trusty agents instead of just a believer with questionable methods. While the change made some noise like he made it only for making us believe she is innocent, in the end most people where happy the new art stopped her looking suspicious and so fitting better her personality. Now here it is reverse. Her people think that some proud character who is a pervert with system went to a hypocrite more or less secret slut.

Don't you guys like change? New art is great and should replace existing art for Amber. Please do not create a new character just to make a new character.

If you do make her into a new character, you should probably just make her into Amber's sister that lives in the capitol or something similar, because there are quite a few similarities between them.

I think the new art is overall better, so it would be a shame to not use it, but the old fits the character better (outfit, skin tone, expressions etc)

I like the character herself, but the skintight latex just feels too critical for the character concept to discard, so imo either art works as long as it has that

I just want to say, even though im not fond of the new design, you didn't do anything wrong by trying to update it. In fact, you have my respect for making this poll upon seeing the split in opinion. Don't take our dislike personally and keep doing you!

I like the new design and don't care that she might look more "seductive" instead of "assassin" like others have mentioned, as I think an assassin can use sex appeal as a weapon if she so wants to. But, if we can add a whole new character with her own unique dialogue and scenes, then why not? Good potential to introduce a sibling or relative to Amber or do what other developers have done and create a different version of the shopkeeper who finds herself 'corrupted' or something and let players decide if they want to cure her or not. Then she can go back to being the closeted-pervert who doesn't want to embrace her sexuality and just sell players the dildos she probably secretly used in the backroom, for those who like her that way. Regardless of just updating the current Amber or creating a new character, I choose the new Amber's design.

I like new amber's body, but her expressions don't fit the existing character's standoffish behavior.

The new art is really good so I’d definitely like it to be featured in some form. That said, I do feel that the new art is a lot more blatantly sexy which doesn’t quite fit with Amber’s character quite as much as her tight but covering pants slutty elf hating personality has shown us. Plus an excuse for a new sexy character is pretty hard to resist!

The only thing I dislike about the new art is that her breast size was increased. I prefer small breasts, so I dislike the trend of new art = larger breasts.

...I like the new design? But I don't want to just discard the old art? I don't know. Maybe a "half-sister" who's a different kind of elf but has a similar personality? I'm just glad the new art kept the same attitude.

I feel the final three options don't really serve a purpose for resolving the the amber/nuamber issue, and the middle three only tangentially involve it. Which art do you like more doesn't mean which fits the character better.
