v20 android issues should be fixed.
Added 2019-05-03 00:13:01 +0000 UTCI have updated all the download links for the android version of the game, but it contains no fixes to bugs already reported, but it should now install properly.
Let me know if any further issues occur.

From what I understand you need to do a fresh install of the game, if you can try to back up your saves, I believe there's a way to view the files on android?
