Character Content Update Poll

Will probably be implemented in either v16 or v17 of the game depending how things go.
Kyra is not an option for this because she just got an update.
Art is separate from the content update.
So a character winning this poll will not be getting art with that update.
Just to clarify because Kyra got art when she got her update/rework thing.
