Improved Initiative v3.9: Preloaded Content Settings

Here's a small update for Improved Initiative. The main change is the new Content tab on the Settings pane, where you can configure which Open5e sources will be loaded. As more sources are added to Open5e I've seen some requests for this functionality.
There are a few other optimizations and bugfixes:
- Fixed some issues with Automatic Initiative Rerolls
- Adjusted logins to last for four weeks instead of one
- Improved performance of the Library Manager UI
- Show fancier loading indicator for Statblock and Spell previews

Normally I've not had any issues, but recently it has continually crashed on me, and won't load for 15-20 minutes. but today, i just noticed that it has deleted every monster that i've imported. and every time i log in and out, it deletes the monsters i added last session. it has my recent encounters and characters saved, but even my old stuff is gone too. I'll delete this comment once this is figured out since what has happened lately is not an accurate representation of my overall experience after almost 2 years of usage.

2023-11-24 04:15:10 +0000 UTCGood to know! It's not surprising that it might be subsumed by another feature that I'm not proficient enough to have encountered. It generally doesn't occur to me to mark players as concentrating during an encounter, so my tables benefit from a minimum of concentration checks that probably make encounters easier than intended.

2023-11-17 22:54:12 +0000 UTCThat's an interesting idea. Concentrating is currently supported through tags (it will even prompt for a concentration check) but I do like the idea of having it work more similar to reaction tracker.
