2025-01-20 23:58:10 +0000 UTCSurprised to hear Trishell kind of panned at the end -- of course I didn't hear your coverage of season 2 so I might be misunderstanding something. But I thought she worked her ass off the entire show ... she was constantly walking around talking to everybody, whipping votes, and she was a very hard worker in challenges, particularly at the end -- I just remember her in those disgusting tunnels scrounging for gold when all the housewives and Kate called the SafeWord and walked out of the cabin of horrors, losing money for the team. Ans also she was one of the only people who was able to jump those floating docks repeatedly to bank gold. Her and CT killed it in both of those challenges! They both totally deserved to win, imo!

2025-01-20 23:56:28 +0000 UTCI'm a regular Southern Charm listener now joining to hear these Traitors recaps -- this show is SO unreal and over the top; absolutely freaking wild; and I am already so affirmed and in agreement that you're opening on the TOXIC BRO overlay of this season. I hate it already, so much grimier, I have thoughts! Last season the Housewives formed 1 of 3 cliques -- other 2 were Peter Pals and Leftovers -- and I personally got frustrated watching them because it felt like they were just there to hang out instead of to win a game. And then MJ was SO ANGRY at the outcome, but she didn't contribute nearly as much to the game as CT and Trishell, in my opinion. So one change the show made to the Fire of Truth for Season Three is that banished players won't say if they are traitors or faithful -- and I think this is to encourage them to banish down to 2 winners, to avoid a situation like MJ taking the outcome so personally? Also, with Dan voting the big guys out early on in S2, and the remaining players falling far short of the potential prize money in the challenges, I am wondering if the toxic bros were brought in 1) to be intimidating 2) keep the bar high on the competition front and 3) sheer muscle to win gold?! I don't know, but it feels rougher, dumber, and way more chaotic so far to me ... still very entertaining though, so I'm hooked, AND heartbroken by all the people who have been banished or murdered so far. Not Cool Traitors!!! Not Cool !!
