I am lucky though he is a roofer and does general construction so we got a huge discount on materials thru his employer’s business account and he put new siding up by himself and redid all the floors and we put on a new bathroom. We basically bought the money pit but we love it and my mom is staying with us while she recovers from surge and I work from home and have two teenager so a lot is going on and I am so thankful that while holed up in my office working I get to listen two you two gorgeous men and just laugh they the stress! I go thru withdrawal when y’all are off BUT I hope you both had a wonderful holiday and got lots of presents and good food and not too much family PTSD.

Plus it’s fun watching you renovate and have fun learning about cameras sewing etc.much fun. Ben you are dead right about how interesting it is hearing about Ronnie’s reno. Coincidentally my husband and I just completed a major reno. Parts of it was fun and really exciting but we did make some major mistakes. It was a definitely a love/hate situation. Anyway I will miss all your recaps but I Guess you guys have earned some down time. Happy holidays and Thanks for Sharing so much of your lives. Love it !
