This incessant nostalgia for the OG NY cast confused me too, but after what happened last week in this country, I guess there will be people who can overlook the horrid shit show that the last OG season was and want more. I really do think that the NY cast needs some serious adjustments, but I find Raquel very interesting and appreciate having her added to the cast. As far as Salt Lake city, I just do not feel like these women like each other and are spending their time in defensive crouches with their almost branded form of defenses - Lisa out yelling every one, Meredith going over and over and over season one arguments, Heather acting high on her own supply and thinking that she is the HBIC of the show, and Whitney with her breathy confusing arguments. For some reason, I kind of like it better but that's my take. You should not feel uncomfortable about expressing your opinions. I do not get Potomac at all right now and find Mia repulsive, but people swear by it.

I get that the old women were popular however majority of the core cast no longer lives in New York and really did stop sharing their personal lives, maybe six years ago.  The show needed to be canceled. We were literally just watching people get blacked out drunk and not go anywhere and not have any type of expanded universe.  But my main gripe is like how everyone is like Salt Lake is the best show and I really just don’t get it. Salt Lake City is so superficial and fake.  So I sat down and thought about each person‘s storyline for this season and like I’m not seeing a big difference between the two cats maybe I’m missing something. Can someone help me understand this better because it really just feels like get these OTHERS off my screen, these black women, these queer women. Whitney - selling jewelry from alibaba Heather - spreading lies about Whitney’s jewelry to Meredith and fighting with bronwyn over being nicer to Whitney Meredith - having a bat mitzvah Lisa - mad at everyone: nobody came to Henry’s birthday party Mary - her son addiction being actually nice to her friends Angie - upset over last szn drama no story Bryn - mad at Erin of Jeff’s comments Ubah - mad at Brynn for outing her relationship Erin - husband lied to her about finances, parent sick. Jenna - kid leaving for school new relationship (maybe if she pulled a Ramona and left filming for dates people would like her more) Rebecca - wicked marketing (I’m sorry how cool) Jessel - wanting a husband who loves her and a third child Raquel - nothing yet she’s too nice for drama

Raquel and Jessel are the only ones with something interesting there, and Ubah. But production keeps wanting us to fan girl over…Brynn and Erin?? Felt like this was a safe place so sharing here haha
