Chapter Fifty Two - Fleed?

"This is the Chapel for sure, look how huge it is!" Amber Luke pointed at it, this felt like a sweet delicate melody in their ears.

"You know the plan." Edgar Iron Foot spoke is, which is a sign to let the beast out!

When we are talking about the beast, we of course mean the Earth Ripper Dominic Bear! Well, more exactly him and Ansell Kodally too!

The Chapel is indeed wide and big, so they walked far from each other to hit both sides. They have decided far before time to unleash the "Earth Ripper" power move against this Zamerian Chapel.

They've placed their left feet forward to start off the move, and afterwards tapping their right foot swiftly against the ground exactly 8 times, they were ready to unleash the blow.

To unleash the blow, they smashed the left foot against the ground. The one that they have previously put forward.

The Earth ripped in front of their feet, and elegantly zig zaged its way forward for 8 meters. Thankfully there aren't any people around, and the move escaped unnoticed. This is exactly what they needed, they can unleash the second move.

Now, with the earth loose they can sink it a lot easier even though their reach is limited. They are about to unleash the Grave Digger!

Slapping their feet once against the ground, and afterwards twice they became ready to release this move. They felt their feet sinking a couple of inches deep, but it is a minor sacrifice. In front of them, the earth sank two meters deep in a medium wide circular matter.

This move, well it caused more damage! They could hear the Chapel stonework crackling, and some wood work instantly broke thanks to the sudden shift of mass!

Everyone is indeed alarmed, but they can still use the few seconds left to cause further damage. It should take half a minute at least for a bunch of Guards to burst out and crave to cut anyone who has disrupted their peace.

"Repeat it!" Edgar let out the request, his voice thundering through their ears although himself feeling happy that everything is in order in the middle of this chaos!

They've repeated the second move, the Grave Digger. It will inevitably sink the Chapel a bit lower to the point of no return!

And boom! Half of the Chapel went down, well if you consider half by the two corners dropping down and the middle one remaining firm! Then yes, practically half of the Chapel is as good as gone simply because of two Earth Rippers messing with elevation.

Dominic's side met a worse collapse since he is both crazy enough to put a lot of anger in his step and is the most high level Earth Ripper here, I guess the odds helped him even if it was a tad bit.

A handful of Zamerian Guards busted out of the main entrance that has not been blocked by this attack, and the confusion on their face was rather hilarious when they saw just five normal looking civilians in front of this wreck!

"Earth Quakers, now!" Edgar Iron foot shouted and felt the other two Earth Quakers coming near him, in some points of view taking command in this situation but he is the most experienced so why not?

The three Earth Quakers are right in front of these Guards since they stood right in the middle of the two other allies when this attack happened, so they can have a chance against dashing Guards.

They jumped as high as possible, curled their body with the aid of their arms and were quick to be almost as stiff as a board again before their feet slapped the ground! This is it, the Earth Slapper!

An iconic move, and to their luck the Zamerian Guards walked a bit closer in aims of asking questions and some were still behind. In other terms, they've reached everyone's radius be it short or long.

The earth shook in three single file lines, although not impactful the Guards could hear the Earth unleashing a weird sound!

In a blink of an eye, the finishing blow reached the Guards. A rather wider circular radius, that unleashed a move strong enough to knock out most Guards off their feet. The ones that didn't get knocked down were just a bit too far!

More Guards ran out of the Chapel and now the numbers indeed became overwhelming. The three Earth Quakers repeated the Earth Slapper again, and again and again. It is a split second move that is impacting even if the Guards get too close.

The three knocked down as many as they could, while Dominic and Ansell have taken the privilege of wielding two swords and stab as many knocked down Guards as they can, as fast as they can!

A unmatchable amount of Guards came out of the Zamerian Chapel like panicking sheep, and out of a sudden one of these Guards tackled Ansell down to the ground, given that he looks the less threatening body shape-wise, stopping his ground trembling attacks!

Although the two other Earth Quakers are up, it doesn't really seem to matter, at least not until a little while longer. Because a split second, more and more Zamerian Guards came out of the Chapel, in panic but ready to identify and slash victims.

Dominic and Ansell became their main focus, since they have been chopping and stomping on people upon every chance they could get, becoming ruthless and unforgiving by each move and in many terms suicidal.

Dominic seeing that he is being out numbered, he took charge against a bundle of Guards with a tackle, shoving them to the ground!

But unfortunately for him, the Guards that he did not manage to tackle down, have surrounded him and started stabbing from all sides. No man can withstand that many stabs, especially since he doesn't have any armour on.

He got stabbed over 20 times, each stab contributed to his death. He stopped moving and has let out his last breath, refusing to shout and holler. The death of his brother in that ship sink has been avenged, this is indeed a legendary way to go out although at the same time sad.

Ansell is still alive, strangled down but alive. The officials will decide what to do with him although death seems inevitable.

However that isn't the main topic now, Amber Luke pulled out his sword just when he noticed that the Earth Slapper move won't be effective against this bundle any longer. In fact no power move would be effective here since it requires seconds they don't have.

With a swing, he gets a Zamerian Guard narrowly on the neck and is quick to pull the sword back once noticing that the enemy's head isn't cut off.

As if a natural sense, he dodged a swing from another Guard on the right and was quick enough to point his sword forward after and with all his strength he dashed towards the enemy Guard and penetrated his chest through and through.

Digging his foot on the ground, he quickly dashed backwards in aims of pulling the Sword out but felt a sharp pain on his back. Looking down, he could see a sword through his stomach.

An Enemy Zamerian Guard has punctured him through and through it is no doubt, he fell on the ground once the Sword was pulled out of him. Death seems inevitable, such a move has no doubt sliced and punctured so many vital organs.

Ansis Kodally, he is one of the twins and somehow managed to still survive in this chaos. He has two swords on his hand, tossed one against a Guard with all his might and was quick to puncture the enemy's chest with such a throw.

Picking up another sword from the ground that a dead Zamerian Guard has dropped, he was swift to twirl with both swords and slice two enemy Guards, one across the chin and the other across the leg, signifying that he spun narrowly.

Trying to dodge a swing from his left, his hand got in the way and he lost his two smallest fingers. The sudden pain is indeed sharp, but he figured that it is just a cut. That's at least what he thought, before noticing that he can't grab the Sword properly.

Taking time to pay attention to his fingers and panic, he felt a swung on his shoulder but it was no sword. Tumbling to the ground, he figured out who hit him after.

It is a Zamerian Guard of course, but he is carrying a warhammer. The Guard tried to hit Ansis on the chest next but he raised his swords high, actually managing to make a cross and cut through the long wooden handle belonging to the warhammer.

Another Guard struck from the side, but not with a sword. The Guard grabbed Ansis by the arm, rolled him over on his belly and strangled him after as a form of arrest.

The last Bear Blood still standing on his feet, is Edgar Iron Foot. Wielding two swords, he crossed them in aims of stopping a vertical swing against him.

Swiftly moving back, he saw the Zamerian Guard falling on his face. Using his heavy Iron Foot, Edgar stomped the Guard on the head hard and undoubtedly cracked his skull, death is an option and it is the only one for this victim.

Noticing his chances, witnessing that all 4 of his allies are on the ground, having it hard to determine if they are alive. He unleashed another Earth Slapper to cause one last attack on them and in others aims to buy himself some time.

He rushed towards the residential areas behind him and put the main entrance of the Kingdom as his target. He got his revenge on the Zamerians, killed as many as he could, even saw part of the Chapel being destroyed.

Now, his only goal is to survive. He is well determined that his allies are as good as dead.

"What do we do with these survivors?" A Zamerian Guard asked, pointing at the Ansell and Amber.

"Kill them!" Chapel Master Andonil ordered, and put more reasons behind his words by saying. "They don't seem to have valuable information for us, and it will make another job easier for us."
