FSTR - Chapter 47

Chapter Forty Seven - Blood Boiling Revenge(3)

Upon Command, Dominic continued with the second step of this escape plan which of course is to open up a hole for everyone to crawl out of. This has to be the easiest step yet move-wise but it still requires him to be careful. He can't have the wall fall over him.

They can not determine how wide the wall foundation can be, considering that two Guards can walk over it side by side it has to be at least 5 meters wide, because for such a stable structure a wide foundation has always to be set.

He put his left foot forwards, and slid his right one backwards so he can build up a dependable momentum. To build up such momentum, the right foot should be raised as high as desired although it won't make any difference.

Once the right foot tapped on the ground, it builds up enough momentum to unleash a meter's worth of Earth Ripping. Quite frankly it is all he needs for now, he has to do everything steadily to avoid an accident.

To finish off this small move, he now raised his right foot and forcefully bashed it against the ground like any true Bear would!

The Earth started ripping, zig zaging its way forwards and by natural effects followed after it spread wide, although not wide enough for anyone to go through.

Upon common sense, it is made sure that they can't go through this hole, so he has to try this again. With the same power move, but this time his left foot tapped twice against the ground. He raised his right foot forward and with a slam unleashed this move once more.

The Earth Ripped two meters far, and it fairly opened a wider way for them to go through. But still after giving it a peek, he noticed that he can't see the light from the other side so he figured that this move could use some Counciling.

He stood up straight and called for Edgar with a whisper, " Egar. Edgar..."

"What's the matter?" Edgar answered as he popped his head back in the hole.

"This isn't working, the wall is too wide." Dominic specified, hopping that he will get the permission to unleash a rather more devastating blow.

"Then go full scale." Edgar requested, even after considering the risk of getting killed by the wall.

He thought, "We just don't have enough time, the Guard will be here in half a minute!"

Upon request, Dominic started building up momentum for this Basic Earth Ripper move. It is fair to say that this is the first move any Earth Ripper would learn and it is usable even by the Grand Masters (Level 7) EarthRippers.

Dominic being at level 3, has a limit on how far he can go of course. For now he can only build up 8 taps and unleash his devastating blow, which of course he will be ripping the earth in front of him for 8 meters!

Bam!

He smashed his right foot against the ground and the earth started crackling loudly, if it wasn't for the wild arena cheers and boos they would attract 1/5 of the Kingdom here with this sound.

Taking a peek, he could see the light from the other side but also could notice that the wall above them has bent down a little bit. Good thing it didn't fall down, whomever the Stonemasons were they for sure did a tremendously well job.

Fearless enough, he informed his team of the progress and afterwards slipped and smashed his way through the hole. It wasn't exactly the widest but it is still good enough.

Now, Ansell Kodally should be jumping in and putting in some work! He is the only other Earth Ripper in this team and his task here is to make the way wider so everyone else can pass a bit faster.

Lucky enough, this specific move requires at least a Level 2 (Ripper) Earth Ripper! Ansell is exactly Level 2. Although he is a little bit rusty with this move, it is enough to help.

To start it off, he gently dug his fists on the two dirt walls around him. Next, he has to jump a little bit but here it wouldn't prove possible because the gap is only a meter high!

Instead, he used his bent down backside a little bit to jump as wide as he can and hope for the best!

Doing so, he felt the ground beneath him shaking and the walls around him going away. Due to the fact that he put too much weight on his arms, he fell down on his face! But luckily no other tragedy followed after, the ground broke his fall and the stone walls are still in dependable tact.

Due to the fact that he is level 2, his radius can only reach 5 meters. Meaning, he granted 5 meters of space now in a Circular way and the rest can easily walk out.

"It's ready!" Ansell alarmed, and himself he dashed towards the other side.

He realized that he didn't exactly expand the entire tunnel, at the end a couple of meters are hard to go through. To aid this task, he saw Dominic at the end of the Tunnel offering his hand to pull him up.

Once grabbed, he pulled out Ansell rather a bit violently but it worked to their advantage. And who can blame Dominic really? War misfortunes have made him mildly insane.

The rest of the team walked out, with Amber Luke causing the most trouble since he is highly paranoid. He thought that the wall would fall all over him. But Edgar managed to convince him by slapping the stone above him.

When they all made it out, they immediately stood up straight and connected closer to the walls in aims of avoiding the Guard who was walking at this direction over the wall.

When the Guard saw the rather noticeable change of elevation on the wall, caused from the tunnel underneath it. He asked himself, "Was this part of the walls always like this?"

Giving it a little bit more thought, the Guard let it be and walked away. "Eh, I guess it was."

"God these Guards are as dumb as a board." Edgar sighed in disappointment and proceeded with the next step.

Oddly, there barely are any people around due to the Arena fight. And those who are around, are either working or are too far to notice what's happening.

So the five just kept calm as Edgar was scoping out the Area, looking for the Chapel. Only to notice that it is right in front of them close to the left side of the walls while the Arena is close to the right side of the walls. Location-wise, both structures are down at the bottom part of the Kingdom.

It took a bit of time to spot, due to the fact that the Kingdom is around 5 Kilometers wide! But the Chapel is large and tall, likely because of the fact that the Chapel holds 400 Soldiers and 13 Businesses here in Hawk Kingdom alone, it for sure requires a lot of storage.

They've found the Chapel, but the problem here is that it has to be around 3 Kilometers away! That's how big this Kingdom containing 4,000 Houses is.

Taking Control of the situation, Edgar requested. "Okay boys, here we need to be calm and steady. Act like you fit in, or else we can't get there without attracting all the Guards!"
