2024-07-22 03:21:15 +0000 UTCI don't doubt that Jen is dumb as a bag of rocks but the fact that she adopted a kid she fostered and the fact Gina is sending Travis' kids packing because she finally realized that the blended family situation she rushed them into while their parents were not even divorced is not ideal, well that tells you something about both women.

2024-07-20 15:37:41 +0000 UTCthe eviction process takes like one month! if she found out she was getting evicted she’d have a very small window to pay her rent or leave, the entire process would have been over within a month and a half at most starting from the first day her rent was due. gina will be fine lol

2024-07-20 07:17:05 +0000 UTCI agree that Gina’s reaction seemed extreme in the context of the show…but what they didn’t explain was Jen was “squatting” and not paying the rent on the house while the eviction process worked its way through. It was MONTHS. According to the reddits, the real estate agent representing the owner was obviously not happy and most likely would not work with Gina again. Again, word was they were going to be selling the house and could not while Jen was squatting and not paying rent. I have no sympathy for any of that. Real estate is all about relationships. While all this was going on, Jen and her business partners were also being sued for non payment on their rent for the yoga studio. Apparently they stopped paying November 2023. As much as you dislike Gina, I give her some credit for clearly not paying anyone to do her glam and moving into a Casita so her children could stay in one house while she and Matt were the ones to go back and forth. She definitely sacrificed for her kids. I don’t see Jen doing that. I see her staying with a cheating douchebag and if he didn’t have money, she wouldn’t be there.
