Your impression of a walking owl is far more accurate of them than any majestic, wise portrayal 🥲 Owls’ eyeball to skull ratio would be like adult humans having orange-sized eyed, but also stretched into an elongated tubular shape…so….not much room for brains 🦉 TL;DR—owls are smart at owling, but exceptionally dopey at anything not basic owling.
