Hi lovely patrons!

What a year it has been for what started as my little hobby project at the beginning of this year.

After having launched for just two weeks when this year started, the website had a couple hundred registered users, about the same amount of videos and basically no comments. Just 2 months later, in March, the website had over a 1000 users, 1200 videos and hundreds of comments. Now that is insane growth.

In the beginning the website had some good development. Remember the whole dislike thing, now with options to hide the counter or the button? Oh how fun hindsight is, isn't it YouTube.

It hasn't all been fun. Halfway through the year there was some issues with the relatively open and vague guidelines. Those are there somewhat on purpose since we do not like being the fun police. Otherwise I would've already banned all dragon popping related videos. Seeing how the majority of the community is behind my decisions is awesome though.

It has taken a giant load off my shoulders having confirmation I am making the right decisions for the kind of community I find ideal. So please, if anything ever makes you uncomfortable, please do notify me through the support site, InflateVids chat or any other place you can find me (AnotherLooner). I can't promise anything will change, but I can promise that we will discuss it and answer you.

InflateVids now has 4435 users, 3195 videos and, as fun metric, 42885 likes. Luckily that means over 10 likes per video (statistically speaking). I am excited to see how much these numbers will be growing in 2022.

So lastly, to all of the patrons new, old and even the ones who left, thank you so much for the support. It means the world to me.
