2025-08-09 10:54:47 +0000 UTCExsam in the UK are normally during the end of May and start of June. The school year ends around the 20th of July. There are lessons after exams. For younger children (under 16) the only point of exams is get used to it for when it matters. (For muggles this is GCSE at 16 and A levles at 18) For Hogwarts students this is OWLS at 16 and NEWTS at 18 (I know Harry will be one of youngest in his year so he is only 15 when he takes his OWLs but most of the students will be 16).

2025-08-09 07:32:48 +0000 UTCThe chapter art 🖼️ for this chapter is A+, in my opinion, compared to the last one (a.k.a. the previous one) … But that’s just my humble opinion! 😉 And, just like Harry gets all his “goodness” from HIS mother, too! 😁 Well, maybe not ALL (James was also “good”, too, in the end, I guess), but you get what I mean … 😉 And yet, the dementors STILL found Harry there … (I know that wasn’t technically ol’ Voldy, but still … 😕) Also, maybe they were really Madam Maxine’s cookies 🍪, ya know?? 😉 And, with the magical beasts & creatures comment, if they DO bite you or burn you, you know that it’s probably in the nature if they feel scared or threaten … Much like an abused dog 🐕 might bite or growl at the person trying to help him (or her) … 😊 Also, the “paying the REAL Moody” part was just HILARIOUS to me!! 🤣 But ONLY for Lily … Snape’s protects Harry ONLY for Lily! NOT like in the movie where he’s like “Hide them. Hide them all” … 😒 Really hope 🤞🏻 they fix that for the show … 😑 (I feel like movie-fans (not us, of course) always forget that part in the book … ) And, Harry “standing up” to “correct” Dumbledore was also SUPER funny 😆, too!! Hehe 🙃! To “improve my English”, a.k.a. get to “know” Bill better, if you know what I mean! 😏 Also, we DO get to see Krum again! Not in the main series, but in the 2014 Quidditch World Cup 🏆 scene at the end of Quidditch Through the Ages—at least, in the audio version; I don’t about in the physical book … 😁 And, I LOVE the “fact” that Draco apparently has a journal 📓!! 😂 Also, AGAIN, WHERE ARE ALL THE TEACHERS on this train 🚂 ride home?!?! 😅 And, also, what about the “no underage magic 🪄 rule”?!?! Also, oh, my gosh; the “our mum” comment is just … 🥰🥹And, OMG, the “dress robes discussion” … 🤭 Good! 👍🏻 You DID mention Arthur’s job; I was just gonna say that! Also, are you saying that muggles don’t have souls in this world?? B/c the dementors DO try to suck Dudley’s soul; he doesn’t SEE them, but … 🤷🏽♀️
