2025-06-15 04:26:51 +0000 UTCI feel like Snape would be close enough to Voldemort to know about the plan (he is close enough to ask for Voldy to spare Lily). Also prior to the prophecy he seems pretty loyal to Voldemort. Just because Voldy doesn't act, doesn't mean he ignores his death-eaters. So therefore I think Snape would know Voldy is still around and Voldy would grant him the favor.

I know he has to for the sacrificial love charm to work, but if Voldemort was believed to be fully gone for 10 years, would Snape even have a reason or the opportunity to ask him to spare Lily? It seems like, if Voldemort just attacks out of nowhere, Snape wouldn't even have a chance to ask
