The "HE" is Karkaroff! We don't know he was a Death Eater. Crouch obviously has fear that Karkaroff could have a connection to Barry Crouch Jr! He wants to see just Dumbledore.

2025-06-06 19:44:47 +0000 UTCWhere I live in mid-east Scotland, the sun set at 9:45pm on 30th May this year. Looked up when it would have set in the Highlands, and it was nearly 10pm. So if the sunsets were about the same back in May 1995, there likely still would have been decent lighting outside π
