Do we factually know that Fawkes gave the two feathers at the same time? Could it be the case that the second feather came AFTER the prophecy? And in the beginning when Tom got his wand it was an indicator of the connection with Dumbledore so maybe he was supposed to defeat him/mentor him or something?

2025-05-30 13:06:50 +0000 UTCI love the theory that the wands grow with their wizards! It also explains the prop decisions in the movies, since the wands seemed to be much less customized in the early movies :)
