Hi Dylan, I can understand feeling disappointed in a page that doesn't contain many comments; the page I received was similarly sparse. That said, I can also appreciate the huge task their team has managing their multiple channels and Patreons, and so was not too concerned about. I also wouldn't mind the bleeding highlighting from previous pages--just part of the process of annotating.
Now, if you received a page that was damaged in the mail (you mentioned wrinkling), I imagine that's something the SCB team would be happy to correct. And you're absolutely right, this is not the place to air this grievance or request a replacement. There are various ways for you to contact them directly, including the Message function at the top of this very Patreon timeline page. I have messaged the team here and received quick and delightful responses several times.
Alternately, their email is listed in the About section of all of their YouTube channels, and on their website, carlinbrothersmercantile.com. For convenience, here ya go: carlinbrosrtp@gmail.com.

Hi guys, there's probably a better place to leave this, but I can't find it.
I was very excited to receive my page from through the Griffin door, however when I opened the envelope, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment.
On the entire double page there was only one note in the margins. "Dumbledore already knew this though"
As well as this, the page was very crumpled and theres highlighter leaked all through the page, yet, not a single word was highlighted. I thought it'd be laminated to stop this stuff.
I originally asked if I could get the page from book 6 where Harry opens up the half blood prince's book, but I figured that might not happen. But a response would've been nice.
I wanted to put the page on my shelf, but honestly I'm so disappointed and essentially bought a years subscription for no reason. I don't want a refund or anything, but I needed to say that this was a pretty big let down.

I always felt it was more a case of he was a sideline character in that situation, like he was "holding everyone's coats" so to speak, while the others did the actual torturing. But this could be a good take as well!
