If the TriWizard champions are excused from school exams does that mean students like Cedric wouldn't have to do his NEWT exams or would he still have to come back to Hogwarts later and do them? If he gets to skip them I hope he wasn't planning to go into the Ministry because they require high scores on the NEWT exams. Just a thought
