Not possible. If Sirius kills Peter, then he always killed Peter. Buckbeak never died, it was a perspective shift for the reader. Sirius never got the Dementor's kiss. If Harry and Hermione had arrived too late, then his fate would have been sealed. Anything that happened has always happened.
