The Owlery - Is Dumbledore the BEST at ALL the magical subjects?

Dumbledore is a legillimens too. I would imagine he has some occlumency skill as well, but Snape is clearly superior in that area. If ANY of the other teachers could teach Harry, including Dumbledore, I think he would have chosen anyone but Snape lol.
