2024-08-31 18:43:04 +0000 UTCthe foot rests make sense if you think of a broom more like a motorcycle than a car. you don't need foot rest to ride but you can use them to help lean or turn by applying pressure. so maybe that's what they are for?

2024-08-31 13:21:47 +0000 UTCI have pictured the patronus dream to mean the following: It is indeed Prongs. But not specifically his patronus, but James. The dream is James speaking to him and trying to help Harry out the pieces together. James would know that Sirius is innocent, so maybe it’s even something to do with that since Sirius interrupts the dream by breaking in to the dorm. That or it could be Harry’s auror instincts and he subconsciously hears Sirius get closer so the dream represents that and that’s why it ends when he makes it to the clearing. Idk, just the two things I had related the dream to mean.
