What stands out to me is that it's seemingly the tongue alone that is capable of wringing out toothpaste, without any help from the rest of the mouth. That's very impressive, assuming this is a human with a human tongue. As such a tongue traditionally isn't capable of doing things like coiling around objects, like some other tongues are known to do on occasion. I can't think of any way a normal tongue can do anything likened to wringing out toothpaste on more than a very basic level. Then again, it quite possibly is a non-human tongue that is in play here. Tangential note, that's one hell of a cute "sorry". As I've said before, you are occasionally adorable.
