Quickly switching between and keeping track of characters, voices, dialects, accents, personalities etc. is something I've always found impressive. A notable example I always think of is at one point in Campaign 1 of Critical Role, there is a council meeting and Matthew Mercer as the DM is playing 9 or so characters at once all in heated discussion with each other and the player characters. When I watched it I was incredibly impressed and was almost expecting the man to get a nosebleed at any moment. If I recall correctly the players gave him a standing ovation after than scene.
