merch progress - wooden charms update

OH MY GOD GUYS, LOOK 💘 GOOD NEWS. my new test charms arrived!! after adjusting colors and hoping for the best... they turned out beautiful ;;

for comparison: left on the bottom is the old one (the one that sent me into despair because it was absolutely not what i wanted), and the other three are the new ones!!

the colors pop so much more now and the details in Robin's fur don't disappear and the flowers even look kind of 3D. it's a very nice texture, too.

i just think they accidentally fucked up the first test batch, because honestly, even the print feels more "solid" now. it's as if they had missed to print a layer last time because they were overbooked and just... went for the first result no matter how it looked. the whole issue did cost me so much nerves.... and also money......

but hey, it was a lesson and it was worth it and i'm so glad i didn't give up on the wooden charms ;; it was worth the wait and pulling through

so, everyone who has ordered a wooden charm, that's how the final product looks like, and i assure you in reality they're even nicer. also, i think i already mentioned this small detail? they kind of smell like campfire because of the laser that cuts the wood. it's a pleasant smell and reminds of forest in summer 🌹❤
