Baía | WIP

I had no idea there was a pokemon named Abra when I dreamed her up
like 6-ish years ago, and I wanted her to have a warmer, more inviting name anyway.
I think Baía means something like cove or bay in Portuguese whereas
her brother, Poju, means willow in archaic Scandinavian (his hair is like a willow).
More modern meaning of Poju is simply "boy" which also works.
Tier 1 has access to all tiers in August due to billing being paused til Sept.
