Pledge tier updates

I'm currently updating pledge tiers, as I am about to add more services. Everyone who pledge before the change is of course automatically eligible for the new service, as soon as it is online.
Services planned are:
- an unfollow spy for Twitter, to combat anxiety on unfollows
- Alex, not completely defined yet, but will be a synth that learns your e621 preferences
- control about Anne & Beth, which means you have will gather more control about them
- Ebook accounts! Yep, who's my Patreon will be able to create Ebook accounts. Not sure how to handle it yet, but that comes in the future.
