Life Update (No Impact on Wandering Blades)

You may have noticed that I've been a bit quiet here and I wanted to give you a bit of context. My grandma has been in the hospital for the past few weeks due to pneumonia complications and has recently been put in palliative care. Things have been tough for my parents as they prepare for what's coming and I've been doing my best to support them.
I've been quietly working on some behind the scenes stuff with Wandering Blades - mostly trying to find an artist for the core rulebook sandbox adventure.
The great thing about this project is that I'm mostly done the book. Genre specific content will be written by a freelancer and there are some downtime mechanics that I'd like to design. Otherwise, Wandering Blades will very much be ready by the time we kickstart the game in April 2025!
But with my family situation, I will have much less energy to post here. But trust me that your support means so much to me. Patreon funds help directly pay artists and freelancers, which is massively impactful. Li's art is fantastic and I want to make sure I can fill the book with as much of their art as possible!
