Patreon and Sales Tax
Added 2020-05-28 23:02:59 +0000 UTCStarting June 1st, Patreon will be charging sales tax to patrons' pledges. They have already been doing this for patrons in the EU, but will start doing it for those in the U.S.
The only thing I can do to help is try to categorize benefits in the Patreon tiers in order to minimize the sales tax as much as possible. So the tiers might look a bit different starting today, but your access won't change.
