Less Bubble Blower Coughing Update

This is an update to Less Bubble Blower Coughing which reworks how the success and failure of using the Bubble Blower is calculated.

Basically, each interaction in the game has an outcome. For interactions with multiple outcomes (in this case, success and failure), every outcome has a "weight" to it, which the game uses to calculate the chances of that outcome occurring.

This version of the mod makes it so that after Sims reach 20~ in their familiarity statistic (explained in the original post here ), they will always succeed. The weight of success for Sims familiar with the Bubble Blower has been set to 500, so they will never fail.

In order for this to work, you have to remove the old version of the mod—either version (the multiplier or regular version). You also have to have City Living.
