Better Autonomy Preview

I've set up time limits on TV. If your Sim chooses to watch TV, they now exit out after about an hour and will do something else. Typically they'll talk to someone else in the vicinity. Note that this progress bar won't be in the final version, it's just for testing.
Skill-building is also working as intended. My roommate is a Geek who likes programming. I see her practice writing about as often as I see her hacking. She also started playing video games after I made some changes, which is annoying. As far as I can tell, though, the video games she's playing are only for geeks. I might lower the priority for playing games.
Part of my issue is that I'm modifying a lot of files here. I worry that it'll conflict with a lot of mods, but the files I am modifying aren't common files, so unless one has a bunch of No Autonomy mods, it should be ok.
I would like for them to build other skills, such as guitar, but they already do that since it builds fun and I would rather not return to when everybody in the house practiced guitar despite their skill level being 1, consequently making everyone annoyed—including me.
Handiness's autonomy is cranked up, but I'm worried Sims will try to repair everything and electrocute themselves to death, so I might turn that off. If you can't tell, it's difficult deciding which skills Sims should try to build autonomously. Writing is one that is useful and poses no risk to the Sims, but there aren't many like that.
Anyway, this mod is chugging along. No idea when it'll be released, but know that I'm working on it!
