The bust of the Collector Tier are visible at the end of the monthly trailer! https://youtu.be/lhoAvh5uhwY?si=UqrvqPiwBj2I5w2p Each bust is a character of the monthly release, but one of the bust is made from a throwback hero, and it's exclusive during that month, meaning that you will never be able to buy that later. This month the busts are from the dwarves berserkers and their heroes, and the Throwback bust is King Tashokk the Lizardmen King, as you can see in the trailer :)
