It has been a fantastic month, the inspiration was so high and the concepts made were really a lot!
Andrea tried to sculpt each one of his sketches, transforming the epic Dragonturtle (planned as Epic Boss initially) to one of the core features of the next set.
We are so happy to finally have a proper trailer to show you the minis coming in september.
The Figures of the Sunken Kingdom I
As you can see, we are exploring the depths of the sea, the Sunken Kingdoms.
This set will be perfect both for your surface and underwater adventures featuring Tritons
(or Sea Alfar/Elves), coming both with and without hairs. In fact we decided to not ignore the high request of bald options for the modular models, it was too high :)
The Turtledragon Leviathan Heroic Mount, available both with a regular shell (to use as standalone beast) and Mount, has been sculpted to fit various models... and cannons, coming also in this set. It will be perfect surrounded by the cunning Sword-Eel and their Triton raiders!
For the heroes, Andrea wanted to give an epic but also *sad* look to the hero Siryus, bane of the Jurakin. His story will be explained better in the release post, coming next month.
The other hero (heroine), Alyssa, it's an high priestess of the god of the sea, Holmuran himself. Finally, we decided to have a sort of nymp /water dryad as pinup, whose chant is capable of appeasing any beast,confusing its enemies, or making them suffer the most profound despair.
What do you think of the upcoming sets? As Andrea finished all the sculpts of Sunken Kingdom I and they are being supported by the supporting team, he's already up to the next Epic Boss, a corrupted, huge and epic creature from the depths.
As always, the Epic Boss loyalty reward will be announced soon, released day 15 next month, and it will be free to everyone who supported for the months of July+August+September (with a 50% discount code to all other patrons).
We are also testing the new build of GUILDS tabletop (and printable) skirmish game, which will be published as free pdf to all patrons once we tested some new mechanics.

However, it seems like focus is more so on the creatures these days and less attention on the smaller figures. When I joined your art style was unique and very detailed for the characters which you've maintained. But it seems like we are not seeing a real evolution of the smaller stuff. I really hope you start looking at making the base character designs of the sets look more unique going forward... These seem almost too similar to the forest elves and such that you've done.

2021-08-26 16:31:00 +0000 UTCThis set is great and much more up my alley than the Hobgoblins. I agree that saddleless versions of the mounts would be a great addition to the releases. It might not have made sense when you started doing this with horses but a lot of the more recent mounts would work great as stand-alone monsters.

I would love to see your take on a Warforged pack, or even a Formian pack (or at least some form of insect hive mind where the queen is the massive beast and the cavalry are flying units).
