We would really like to apologize for the wait this month.
We had not the chance to post as much as we wanted, and we have not given much updates.
We had some truly major family complications, some house moving, and this also lead to several week with no connection for the main sculptor.
It has been a super challenging month for these reasons, even if we really loved working on this theme, and we almost didn't finished in time.
Sometime it's really hard to find a balance between Artisan Guild and us as humans, but things will just go as expected from now on, it's a promise :)
The supporting and testing will be done in these days and everything should be ready for day 2 of June as always, hopefully!

Meet the Arverians
We made some satyrs in the past for a personal project, it's a theme we love and this was the perfect moment to develop them. This set is heavily focused on nature, depicting a faction of satyrs and centaurs whose goal is to protect the sacred forests from the wicked touch of the corruption. We can imagine dozens of uses for these modular figures, we really hope you'll have fun playing with them!
Just a little comparison of our beloved Archdruid Toryden: the first one on the left has been made about 10-11 years ago, the other one is the version of Toryden coming next month here on Patreon as 3d Printable STL.

The Next Epic Boss
In such a complicated month we realized (really late!) that June is also the month of the next Epic Boss, coming for the patrons who supported during the whole Season 2 (April + May + June)! The sculpt will be probably be ready for day 15 as always.

The next next release after the satyrs and centaurs (July) will be probably about an infamous group of bandits, thieves and assassins, focused on human characters :)
At the same time we are developing our next build of game GUILDS, which will fix some issues and little bugs here and there. This will come with the implementation of Dumlok and the new Arverians too! It's still too early for the cards, at the moment we prefer a pdf we can edit quickly when needed.

Unfortunately, I don't see a collection of the complete set on MMF, like the $30 set you offer for many of your other releases. The first lens video you posted made it look like the rough sketches had a long tail and gave the impression like we were going to get Tieflings. Was that the original intent before you ran into real life complications? If it was when might we get Tieflings? Any time I need a really good Tiefling mini for a game I have to hodge podge something together from multiple creators to get a halfway decent one.

If we have a random array of characters every month then every month will look more and more the same, it would be really hard to organize 12 releases per month this way. :(

I love your stuff but have zero interest in centaurs and beast human type characters so I sadly won't get any use out of this month. But if you had a theme and threw in some humans or zombies, vampires, pirates, dwarves, elves, goblins, orcs etc it would offer more value to each month even if you had a specific random theme that some people may not like. I'll stay subscribed because I love the upcoming July theme coming up :) Just food for thought. Keep up the Good work!

Also horned Centaurs are quite simply a version of the folk-lore. And THIS particular set is about Satyr-esk creatures, the Centaurs being their "Cavalry" units.

2021-05-29 20:43:36 +0000 UTClast night I printed some minis from a different patreon and I was getting progressively angrier as I was removing supports, I almost got out my angle grinder, ridiculous. then I printed Sol overnight and it was glorious removing his supports. your supports are probably the best I have ever seen, hats off to whoever does it :)

My son and his friends would like me to run a D&D campaign for them. All of the group besides my son are black and finding miniatures that are representative of their ethnicity without it being stereotypically "tribal" is difficult. Maybe along with the different weapon/ shield options for the modulars there could be head options for different races? If any other AG patreons have suggestions where to find miniatures representative of black adventurers I would certainly appreciate it. Thanks for all of the great sculpts and your consideration.

It's day 29 and we are still making the Epic Boss in time for testing, it was a challeng among him and the male pinup this time :( But we are open to try if we are in time and the set is good for it.

2021-05-28 12:29:03 +0000 UTCLove these models and seeing these has me really hoping you might do Beastmen at some point as they are one of my favorite factions and its really hard to find good models for them and it seems Games Workshop will pretty much ignore us for as long as they can. Also is there any possibility you might consider doing more Male pinup style models? One of my favorite models you guys have done is the Incubus from the Abyss Demons set and it would be nice to have some more along that style. Though i can understand that theres likely far more demand for Female pinup style models so perfectly reasonable for you to continue along the current route.

Another thing I love is the modular capabilities. You can mix and match pieces from other sets, say the elf sets, and have an even larger variety.

I'd like one beefy looking dude without a beard or moustache :) On a side note, I printed one of the fighters guild axes for the Requiem Brotherhood miniature, that was a laugh, I didn't think there would be such a different in size :)

That original sculpt you did back then kinda reminds me of the art in the "Where the Wild Things Are" children's book for some reason. Oh and...YAY...fire giant! :)
