It has been a crazy hard month, so many hours to accomplish the next release :)
We had to do that in time, with so many models and an Epic Boss release in the middle, we need a lot of time to make the perfect supports and test all figures.
As you can see, the next release will take place in the swamps. Gurunda are amphibian monsters that can be used as any kind of frog-people, including and lizards, including boggards, bullywug, grung, and the big ones even slaad and lizardman champions!
Well we know some friends who would use the Gurunda as alternative Kobolds or Goblins too. This set includes truly epic heroes and beasts, including a huge Gurunda King on a flying throne (available also without character on top), and the Giant Horned Demonfrog (available both as epic monster or heroic mount). Well the trailer speak for itself, check the figures in the video :)
The pack is completed by an high requested bonus, 3 Fighters Guild riders, with mighty steeds and shiny armors. These bonus figures comes with an alternative helmet version, and are of course swappable with any other mounted unit figure, including the Swamp Salamander of the same month.
Finally, as loyalty reward for who supported during the first Season of 2021 (composed of January, February and March), we made a truly giant Frost Jotunn: Hulgfnir.
This Epic Boss figure will fit your printer as we divided it into smart parts :)

By the way, don't worry if you unsupported for few days: as long as you appear even one time in each of the 3 monthly lists (Jan, Feb, Mar 2021), you will be elegible for the boss, which will be unlocked in Myminifactory.

Loving the models! Which models would you suggest trying the modular bows with as hands? I love the hero but I want to print a few of the regular mooks as archers?!

2021-03-01 21:18:48 +0000 UTCIt is a little bit wasteful, as the supports become super thick, but i recently printed one of the gryphkin models as big as it would go on my printer, and it printed fine. Just scaled up the STL.

2021-02-28 11:48:47 +0000 UTCI managed to upscale one of the Dragonguard models 220% (it is now around 10 cm tall) without changing the supports, just tossed a few extra heavy ones at the feet. So i am sure they would be fine scaled up to 75 mm with the current supports as they sort of scale up with the model to a degree. I could try a few more and toss you a video if you are curious of the result.

For this they have to hire double the employees who are doing the supports or cut down on the quality and testing, which would be bad for us patrons. And well, it´s a patreon for gaming miniatures and not for figurines. My comment is not meant to come across hostile, if it appears that way.

That's the level of sculpting I've been waiting for when it comes to giants. Can I make one small suggestion, can we get at least two legs on the base for each mount? A single leg anchor is just begging to break too easily in use. I love the frost giant too! Very happy to be a long time supporter.

2021-02-17 17:53:35 +0000 UTCyour patreon is why i get so aggravated with GW... they COULD do things like yall do. but do they? all kinds of different mounts? nooooo a flying throne out the blue? nooooo characters that i COULD resize (larger OR smaller) if i want? noooooooooooo and I LOVELOVELOVE when yall do the mount with AND without the saddle... not only can it be a giant monster - BUT, you can have a "stables" area where your mounts sleep, eat, etc when they aren't carrying you around. so boom.. no saddle. but hey, i want to ride THAT mount... so i pull out the version with the saddle! also, there are a LOT of yall's models that i can just put into my nurgle army. i say army, but it's more like a huge armada at this point. and swamp + frogs? so easy to fit everyone into the Garden of Nurgle!
