the presupported versions of the bases and weapons keep failing at the supports with this realease, even though the presuported weapons from other releases normally work, I'd add one or two extra on but the .lys extentions arent supported in chitubox so I can't add or change one or two without redoing all of them, unlike the scourgeland survivor set where they are in the chitu format, where I can load them in and make some thicker if I need to, how can I do the same thing to the newer releases??

I stopped bothering with AG presupports. I always get random failures in some areas of a model. No matter what exposure time and lift speed i set. The supports are very very delicate. I guess you need a very finetuned machine and specific resin to reliably print with the presupported files. It has cost me way to much time and resin to get to the conclusion that AG presupported files aren't for me. Models work great with custom supports or even auto generated supports (with some tweaks).

@Artisan Guild While MMF is great for archiving files & backup downloads, I've found their download speeds are truly horrible. I just downloaded the 2Gb Sylvan Presupported file from MyAirBridge in 30 minutes: MMF took 7 hours for a Kickstarter zip file the same size supplied through MMF!

We already asked MMF and their answer is yes :) However apart from asking there's not much we can do, they are really busy and I think they distributed our first 6 releases. At this rithm I think in 2-3 months we will catch up and be able to distribute every release at the end of the month

Could you consider uploading and distributing your releases also via myminifactory? That really helps not missing out any of your releases.

Yes, the last parts are testprinting. Differently from the releases that will stay in a public "test phase" on patreon before going to the shop (and often get updates anf fixes), on MMF is more complex to substitute files. We are spending more time testing on different machines :) Perhaps more 2-3 days, we are really busy with the Frostmetal

MMF is working into that, today they are delivering the second batch: month 4,5 and 6, to the former patrons of 2019. About the current release, we can send them the full Month list only once the month is done, so it would be always 1 month later. Or either we should send them a new list everyday, they can't manage that for all the artists they got. Discount codes works only up to 90% on MMF, can't deliver one at 100, so untill they are really sure about the library system (they are still in beta), we need to continue like this. Probably after the few months of 2021 we can proceed to 30 days of Links and then Implementation into library

They are in the process of moving to MMF as I understand it, starting with the first models and paterons. As to why new models dont go there.. maybe it's an exclusivity thing?

I have to wonder why you go to the trouble of putting these on Airbridge/Sync and then MMF when it seems just as easy to put them on MMF with discount codes linked to our accounts. We'd also never lose access to the files we own.

I have tried printing the bow for Kivael 3 times now, each time in a different area on my build plate and it has failed every time. I believe the supports need to be adjusted on it. As well as your rafts seem much thinner on these models and are harder to get off the build plate

Your Male incubus was so great and I love all your models, especially with your lizard and dragon pin ups with flat chests. I hope for some gender bent pin ups one day!

We need to provide pre-supported miniatures for every set and Lychee is more efficient to produce supports thanks for the Island detector, better viewport navigation that allow to center any surface point and rotate around it. Also lychee can let us to replace a model already supported and printed (with/without helmet for example) except for some cases in which the bbox changes but the lychee devs know the problem and is working to fix it. I also have direct connection with the lychee team that is a great think to get support or request new features. I'm sorry that on your setup is not working faster as Chitubox but here is very fluent and faster. Another thing that let what made me switch to lychee is the production speed which is at least, in my case it has been reduced by 2/3 times.. and when you need to support dozens of miniatures that need to be tested by our "betatesters" ... time is important.

hey so I love the set, but in the future could you go back to using Chitubox for the presupported models? The user interface is better, faster, loads less, and has zero ads compared to Lychee. Also Chitu just has a much bigger user base.

Just a heads up, the buckler.stl file is missing from Stag Rider C. It's still there in .lys format, and you can still grab the same file from the modulars, but for continuity's sake I just thought I'd point it out. Also, you guys never showed off that awesome banner in the previews! Excellent addition to an excellent set :D

yes, pretty much 200-600 people are lost and recovered in the first 5-6 days. From our patron list we can see many have just declined payments etc :) it's pretty normal

It was really convenient for merchants when you included a .jpg within the folder of each model. That's missing from this month's release. I hope you decide to do it again with future releases :)

They didn't nessesarily unsub, around the start of the month a percentage of patrons are knocked off the counts as their payments are declined etc, it normally stabilises again after a few days once those Patrons sort out the payments.

So these are really useful to me as I missed the wood elf release. I also am really looking forward to January since I have been voting for Frostmetal Clan since it showed up in the polls. The only question I have is did anyone notice that they were almost at 7,300 patrons when they announced the Bugbears? Now they are at just over 7,000. It seems like they went out of their way to placate those people that didn't get what they wanted, but a bunch of people threw tantrums and unsubbed. I get not wanting to pay money for things you don't need/want/have already, but there have been many months I have felt that way and decided to support my favorite artist anyway. Thoughts?

Everything looks great. As suggestion for next sets can we get a bit of variation on the armor for example it would be nice to not have the tree shoulder things on a couple rather then printing and cutting them off so these can be used for when not in a big forest setting. These are really cool and fit great in a forest setting but sometimes it does not have to be so on brand.
