Troubles in Taverns (11 Heroes)

It seems that the Oni Clan Leader Yoshigruzu bust is not in the Welcome Pack, when will it be added? Edit: Sigh. Always when you finally post something you find out what the issue is, the bust is not Supported so it's not actually in the Pre-Supported folder and has to be downloaded from the regular (Non-supported) folder.

2021-01-26 23:49:31 +0000 UTCUsually I can't dl from sync but now it worked (3,5gb). What helped in the past, is to download 1st levl subfolders one by one. 10 downloads. But it's slow, please move away from sync. I can only advise to use mega.nz , it gives your users a nice history, download client and has a built in messenger. And its fullspeed like google drive all time.

Finally told myself "Uh why aren't we supporting them on patreon?'. In my opinion, your models print better than other wonderful pieces (Rhymes with Mitan Gorge!?) Also, I'm new to this but these minis have been printing great!! Sculpts/Art is awesome! Greg's supports are awesome! Was so worried about the learning curve and I'm really being spoiled. It seems very susceptible to overloading with the files being as large as they are. I wish it was a simpler download - Unsupported - Supported - Parts - No parts

The user experience is reeeeaaaallllyyyyyyy bad. downloading 1mb/s. tried multi browser downloads, and it just disconnects all but last connections. The company doesn't have their infrastructure up-to-date. Leaving dissatisfied customers while it's not your fault. I've been busy for 1 hour downloading all the files.... Because sometimes the download also goed to 0 kb/s. Even when downloading a Single zip at the time.

Same file sizes from other 3D web sources like MMF and CGTrader are reliable and very fast in comparison. Plus, using MMF would put the files in a purchased library so if you ever had a hard drive failure or accidently deleted them you could download them again easily. Sync is just not a good solution in my opinion.

IS GONE. been able to download it from MMF also is usefull for downloading only when you need it, every month patreons files are around 1 gb per patreon, thats alot of space at year

Why not release the files to supporters through MyMiniFactory (MMF)? This would also give us the ability to download from the purchased library history should we need to. As you already deal with MMF you should know this is an alternative.

This is to the point where unless it's being addressed, I don't see how I can continue being a supporter, since I'm rarely able to download full bundles (individual files usually works, but that's a major drag).

I know that in your other releases you just have the two zips for all supported and all unsupported stuff and that works great around Sync's limitations. I know updating the zip every time there is a change to the Welcome pack is annoying but I think it is what is sadly necessary.

For example I've just checked my old Sony Jonà file "Sony_Jona_v2fix(repaired).stl" has a more recent creation date (2020-05-03) than the one included in the welcome pack "Sony_Jona_(repaired).stl" (2020-03-02).
