If you send them a PB they will send you a download link, if you have payed for the moment. I also had this issue, what I do now is download every folder separately, this seems to work better

Same here. Can't download anything from Sync across multiple Patreons. I've had issues before, but usually I can wait a bit and retry and it will work. No dice right now.

I cannot download any of the files - cleared cookies and cache, refreshed page. Its not on my end, my internet is find and can download from other sites.

just refresh the page and try again if you don't see the calculated size wait for a few minutes and try again I have to do a few time every now and then

I left this downloading over night and sync.com is still "Calculating Size". Has anyone else ran into this issue/gotten around it?

I love this set, But I've had a few print failures with some of these recently. I ended up having to go in and attach a heavy support or two on things like arms and feet.

the presupported folder it's just much more heavy due to the chitbuox files :( Have you tried with another browser?

Pre-zipping the files did the trick. They downloaded so easily. Maybe this can be the new norm? If you could do the same for the recently re-released ogre and orc sets, it would be greatly appreciated!!

I doubt this affects anyone but me, but there's no Mounted_Malor (supported).stl file, just the chitubox one in the presupported folder. Unless I'm overlooking something obvious.

The nest & eggs are part of the phoenix Arcanix base, not a separate model (sadly). Still, the base is a good size for making a diorama with the eggs. :)

Zip files worked great for me. I still am missing the last two months because sync tries to package all the files into a zip which doesn't make sense to me (i've sat on that screen waiting for the download button for over 4 hours, now way it takes that long to package it up). Who goes in to download just one file? Are their regular updates to files that would require an individual file be downloaded?

I am having the same issues as everyone else. Tried a few browsers now, never downloads and sits at a calculating size screen :(

Zip files work better than the previous method of downloading. The limitation on Sync's connections and bandwidth are not your fault. For everyone else , keep at it. It took me a couple tries to get the presupported zip file but the unsupported zip file downloaded on the first try. Also not sure if it will help or not but using a download manager might be something you can look into.

Consider using a different solution, like Amazon S3 buckets. I've invested hours in trying to download the models by now and am still not done, your current solution is not up to modern standards: you merely shifting the burden to the customers. We're at the point I'm considering cancelling my Patreon account and downloading directly from MyMiniFactory or using alternative sources. There difficulty to get things downloaded coupled with a limited time window to do so is really a killer.

Same here, mine gets to about 200 MB on the presupported zip file and then just resets. There has to be something better than Sync out there.

Still trying to get the Zip files and it's not working. Tried clearing cache, different browsers, different machines, and different internet locations (even tried at work) and I am still having trouble getting the zips to download. I managed to get the non-presupported ones.

If you get desperate for a host, I've been working on a hosting thing where people can be given unique per-person links automatically by e-mail with no need to expire... the only problem is, my rough estimate of servers able to provide enough bandwidth for the start-of-the-month rush would be around $0.10 per Patron-month. Which for a huge Patreon like you guys is ridiculously expensive compared to Sync and the rest.

Just to make sure I'm not the only one- for the Arcanix parts, are you all shaving down the connector pieces to get them to fit? The tail-to-body one fit perfectly, but the connectors for the wings-to-body seemed way too long. I had to power sand off a few mm to the length and trim the sides to get them to fit snug. Anyone else have this issue?

And the bowhand failed while the wings and the gryphkin itself and his open hand printed fine. adding a few supports to the bowhand. the presupports aren't perfect. Watch out.

Even with presupports, check for islands, I had a hand of the infiltrators coming off the supports, added an extra medium and a few extra light ones to remedy this.

It may be just me but Arcanix's body does not build for me, it's like he does not stay attached to the supports or it is just my settings.

For all of you having issues with the Sync failing, I had success with using a different browser (firefox) while it was failing on chrome.

Cleaned cache, cleared cookies, tried 3 different browsers, 3 different PCs.... still have to download each file separately. I don't have 4 hours to spend downloading 1 file at a time, sorry, I'm going to have to stop supporting a lot of Patreons if no one can find a solution to this issue.

Printed the Infiltrators, all great, except the right hand spell needs a little heavier support, it came off the build plate or reduce retract speed!

I'm having more problems each month to download the monthly releases. Cleaned Cache already and stuff... At first I had to download the pre-supported folder seperate to the regular folder, after that I had to download each folder on their own and now I can't get past size calculation at all.

You need to clean the memory cache, press SHIFT + CTRL +R

Add me to the chorus of people for whom Sync is failing.

Supported shield STL for Malor seems to be missing.... Only the .chitu is there...

Dropbox has a traffic limit we hit months ago with 2000 patrons. Its good until you haven't a lot of people sadly, even on premium

Clearing the cache (specifically cache, don't worry about your cookies and such if you are worried about being logged out of websites) fixes it.

Why are you guys still using sync for releases? I just sat here "Calculating Size" for an hour.... Last month, I missed half a release from a different patreon because Sync only allows me to download a single file at a time. Which takes still seems to take forever. And no, it isn't an issue with my internet. It's Sync... Come on. You guys are one of the largest Patreons for this sort of release and Sync just isn't up to par....

When you double click the password to select it, it include SPACE at the end. Try pasting it into notepad to check for extra trailing space.

That way we would be able to use sync windows / mac client to synchronize it directly to our harddrives. You still have full control over it.
