hey guys! hate to add to your already busy schedule, but I didn't receive the email for the presupported version of this bundle. Got the Oni, Oathbreakers, and one other, but didn't get the direct invite to upgrade my dwarven defenders to presupported. ...and I really want that gate you've added to the set!!

Thanks for your feedback. Is clear that i need to make supports not too thin. I'm going to fix that. My normal exposure time is 12 secs with wanhao water washable resin on Photon S. I'll lower it to 8 to check the models from now.

I am experiencing the same issue with the weapons or other handheld objects. The Skald and his horn worked out okay, but the broadsword, axe, and maul I've tried to print out have all failed. EPAX X1 with Elegoo Gray using recommended settings from the EPAX spreadsheet.

I have to say, this time I am very disappointed with the pre-supported miniatures. The objects detach themselves from the support during printing! I had no problems with the previous pre-supported packs. Too bad, now I have to generate the supports myself.

I bought them too as an add on and got no mail. Double checked E-MAils Spam and deleted folder.... no message from Backerkit.

the single figures had been updated with supports too :) Check the MMF shop, files with supports have the icon "SUPPORTS" on the pic. You can redownload the ones you purchased

I purchased some of these files separately on MMF. Will I eventually get the supported version of the files or would I need to purchase this bundle to get the supported versions?

I really appreciate the updates to older sets, I'm really glad you appreciate the support of the community ya'll started. I wish ISP (internet service providers) and telephone companies put more effort into making their customers happy than just offer things to new subscribers as much as Artisan Guild does.

Backerkit is terrible about actually sending out any mail about updated content. Luckily it was there when I logged in but without this post I would never have known.

Go to your purchase history at myminifactory find your copy when you do move your cursor over the picture it will say download click on that and it will let you download.

Yes, the only thing in common is that the Oathbreakers got the griffin as bonus model (but it was from this set). these are heavy armored defenders :)
