So since this comment, they reorganized the release into two folders for the supported & unsupported. I was able to download it when only doing each folder separately rather than at the same time.

Was running into the same issue where “calculating size” went on and on. Read the comments here and tried the new Microsoft Edge Browser and the download started within 4 min.

So I am running into the same issue as others with sync. It just stays “calculating size” indefinitely. I tried using 3 different browsers with the same result. Sync has always been slower than other download providers, but this is the first time it just hasn’t worked for me.

I tried to use the ARTISANCOLLECTION code to pick up the Ogre Marauders collection and it is not working. Does that code not apply to that set?

Also, absolutely fantastic work on the interchangeable weapons. They look really natural on all the models, whichever way you do them. Amazing work on the supports too this month - I am using default settings on an Elegoo Mars and everything has printed like a dream! Would that other designers and team members could achieve so much! :)

I think Valykka may be my favourite miniature of yours; she is just so full of take-no-nonsense punk attitude! I don't know if it may be possible, but I'd absolutely love to see/purchase a standing version of her at some point in the future - it's lovely having the character on a throne, and the sculpt is stunning, but for game play it would be amazing to have a model I can move around on the table! :)

Ok it seems the latest version of Edge is working for the Sync issues, Thanks to Jeff Tetlow and Lee Maguire, if you have problems with Chrome and Firefox try the newest Edge version of Windows 10; still only linked with this July release of Artisan

While trying download the Ashen inquisitors i noticed the file size does not show. all the other files in the set show except these. i was able to download the rest like Talya and the others but not the actual Inquisitor files. Mabye someone else can check this out?

Oh, this may help but i've found that firefox has issues with sync but it seems the new version of edge is fine

So, i've just tested from Heroes Infinite patreon who use the sync website too, and had no problem downloading the 5.2gb july release, still loading infinite for Artisan release, i've tried several other browser all up to date and still the same.

Yeah that connection is a bit thin, what you can actually do, is just let it break off and carefully glue it back, on , it's almost impossible to tell if you do it carefully (and no, I'm not telling you to deceive the customer, just explain it!) :)

I think the is a problem with Sync.com, I follow another Patreon that also uses this service, and I'm unable to download there as well. Fortunately, that Patreon uses another file service as well, which is a lot more reliable in general.

There are problems with the claw snapping right off the rock on Morvagia. I even added more supports and it didn't help. Four model fails later, I'm at a loss. I want to get this beastie printed up! It will snap in shipping to a customer. Can the rock be separated from the claw in the file? Thank you!

I hope this is the right place to do it, but I have a request :), could we have a hand with the dagger facing downward instead of upward or alternatively an empty fist so I can model the standalone dagger in it myself. A downward facing dagger would make Talya look like she is sacrificing someone.

Anyone else having issues assembling the soul-harvester? The tolerances for the sections that insert into the main body (ie. stairs into the carriage) are REALLY tight. I had to dremel down the inserts to get them to fit. It's not the first time I've needed to do this (ie. the jurakin water monster tentacles). I'm using an Elegoo Mars Pro. @ArtisanGuild on future models, would it be possible to create wider tolerances on sections of pieces that need to be inserted? Thanks!

Supported whip are the same in A and C modular Ashen Inquisitors. But in the normal/not supported version they have two different shape.

Looking to buy the Human fighters guild from MMF - but wanted to check my understanding. currently it does not come pre-supported, but you are eventually working to release a pre-supported version. lovin these latest release but i was wondering if it would be possible for you to include a folder with all the unsupported stuff as you have with the presupported. I'm sure most people just download the presupported folder but i'd rather have unsupported stuff and don't really want to download double the files considering how long it takes sync to compile the zip file

If I have bought an individual mini from MMF that is unsupported, will there be updates for the item individually or only as the sets? I am willing to rebuy the mini if not though :)

So, love the scuplts. I'm doing a double sized Valykka and her throne for my desk - but a dumb question from a gaming standpoint: what about a standing Valykka miniature? You've got a male priest with the crazy mohawk, but none of the females make a compelling (literal) stand-in.

When I got the kickstarter there were no slaves in the slave pits but I see you have them now on the MMF website, they look similar to the slaves in this months release... Can I get the files for just the slaves pushing the slave pit meat grinder? I was always sad I never had anyone to push this around... the Amazons themselves would never do it!

I've been a patron for about a year now and I'm certainly satisfied with the high quality sculpts each month. Even so, I was pleasantly surprised to get the supported versions of the previous 3 sets for free! I'm sure that many other 3D modelers would have charged for them, since it really does take a lot of time to support all of those models properly. Artisan Guild really shows love for us patrons. :D

As you re release the pre supported bundles on MMF i hope you will continue to announce it on patreon with a 40% of coupon for that particular release like you did last month for the orges and stuff. That really helps out people like me who are new to the 3d printing game and just found your patreon and want some of the old models as well. Its greatly appreciated and makes it much more likely that more people will buy them since we arent all super rich =[ Love your work keep up the good work!

Hello! Can you guys PLEASE PLEASE try to keep your filenames and folder names shorter? Maybe don't include the unnecessary "(repaired)" on nearly every file. Use "(r)" maybe instead of nothing at all? Maybe abbreviate when possible? Windows doesn't like extracting (or even moving) files with very long names and it count the root folder names against the count for each individual file. This forces me to unpack the zip into a separate root drive I have set aside just for this, and then go through and shorten all the problem folders/files names in before I can move the files to my organized direct. In the past there have been complaints about people having issues extracting files, and myself included, well this is the root of the problem. If the file and folder names were no excessively long to begin with, they would extract seamlessly wherever we needed them to go without alot of post work to make it work. So if that's something you can do it would be greatly appreciated. I just got done shortening a ton of them in this months release, and finally decided to ask lol. Thank you!
