Free Updates on Presupported OLD Releases

Dwarven Oathbreakers don't have a mirrored supported shield (left hand). Don't know if this is intentional as the file says "hand + weapons" and a shield doesn't count as a weapon haha. Just looking for some clarity, Thanks! The miniatures as always look amazing!

For those who were patrons during those months when they were originally released, will the pre-supported Dwarven Oathbreakers and Death-Tide Jurakins be provided first as they are already available via the store, or will we need to wait until the pre-support sets before them have all been made available? Just a thought but you could just attach ChituBox Files for the supports and have the end users print directly from chitubox or save the file to an STL. That might reduce the size of files on MMF

that will be updated, it will start from the 2 release (dwarven defender) and it will stop to the Demon release, as for the following one we already have the presupported packs

7 Zip will unzip any compressed or plain storage file type I have ever come across - and its free

7Zip can still unpack the files. Just right click on the file, choose 7zip and then extract here. Or however you want to do it. But that method will work if you hvae 7zip installed. And it's free... I think LOL

2. Please use zip files. The WinRAR compression (used in Orc Mauraders) is a pain in the neck ... I'll either need to find someone who has the software or buy a copy.

So can someone confirm I am reading this correctly please. The Orc Marauders set has already been updated to include STL files, the Dwarfs will be next and then it will update chronologically? Also for someone such as myself who has only recently joined, what do I need to purchase on MMF? The dwarf set has one 4+2 for $15 and a 6+2 for $18, will they both get updated or just one of them?

I hopped on board for the November release of the Goldmaw Lizards, but only now have I finally gotten a resin printer (was using an ender 3 and a lot of care before). So the prospect of supporting all of those sets was really rather daunting. So I really appreciate it. Though, if you're doing these in order, I should probably stop manually supporting the lizards myself, and should probably start working on the deathtide. Then work my way backwards instead :)

That is a terrific news! I don't really use pre-supported models, but this will be a godsend for most of the patrons! :) And about the ability to download previous release from my mini factory... THIS IS WONDERFUL! No need to keep files on personnal computers and risking of loosing all because of a faulty disk. Really guys, I think you've outdone yourselves on this one. Honestly it is a great notice. Placing supports on previous releases is a very daunting process for a noob. I had backed since August 2019. Bought a 3D printer bc of your great work. Saw 3DPrintingPro videos and the great posts from the community for over 10 months. Due to the pandemic, I finally got time to print my first batch of miniatures last Saturday. Now I am happy person.

I bought the ogres yesterday and I'm really excited to see the rest of the sets getting supports! I don't need the supports (because I watch Greg's videos!) but the time savings is going to be awesome. I can't wait for the lizards, vampires and goblins!

Wow, this is awesome, I've been a supporter since the orcs and I don't even have a printer yet. But this is very generous of you as when people bought their STLs, they got what they are paid for. Now it's like a bonus. Imagine something like buying a car that you use, and a new improvements come out and people get free upgrades. I bought the Original Ogres for $12 on MMF and just rebought them for $18, so once I buy the Dwarves Defenders I'll have all the sets, YAY!

Have you thought of crowdsourcing the supported files creation? You have a huge community, and I’m sure many of us keep a backup of our chitubox files when we print the miniatures. Instead of doing everything yourselves, why not let the community chip in? Less work for you, and we get the supported files sooner. It’s a win win!

Cool stuff. Getting old releases that you might need to re-download (either due to losing the files, or not grabbing them in time) will be super nice, too. Imagine getting a hard drive failure and losing your 3d models.. and having no way to get them back, except for messaging the designers/artists and begging for zips of the previous months. I'd love to see every creator do this.

Definitely like the idea of just having complete access to our files on MMF. Right now I'm supporting multiple patreons and it's beginning to worry me how much HDD space I'm eating up having to house everything in hopes that some day I will print all this stuff. If it was on MMF, I could see all my stuff and download / print at will when I'm ready to print instead of downloading gigs of STLs in the first 5 days of every month. Also I realize we're only talking about AG here, but AG is kind of a leader in this greater 3d printing community and a lot of things AG does, other companies seem to be following suit.
