That's not a problem for them to fix. That's an error on your side. Google the error number and fix it yourself.

First time printing one of Gregs pre-supported models, I have watched his videos and I use his settings for my own supports. Just wow, Bravo sir I printed the Battle Prawn and Hiro and they came out brilliantly. so much time saved. Thanks again for all your work.

I'm in the same boat. They look great and have dynamic poses cause of the extra angles provided with the rocks, but same token the contact point between actual model and "base" is now usually just a toe. I had huge issues with the "bug beast" repeatedly breaking away from the "rock bases" simply due to the fact that a model that uses an entire build plate's worth of area only attaches to its base via two of the four spindly leg areas, and that is at most a combined surface area of less than 1mm cubed. Awesome model, *incredibly* delicate. I'm sure this model is gonna require lots of super gluing later in its life.

As of right now the link to the survivors set is not working to allow me to download.

please try to extract those manually in a folder that is not too far from its location. Sadly SYNC make those zip even if we upload regular files and folders, and now it's the only premium platform working for us. Too much traffic for dropbox, box and other system we tried. Sync have no traffic limit :)

it's an extra. We do 6 basic models normally, but this one was interesting with and without helmet. After few requests on the communities we decided to include him :)

i plain base everything and created some files on thingiverse to glue in/on washers. i use magnetic strip tape in all my storage. i think this method is way cheaper than using magnets on the models.

Just make a folder for the weapons after downloading and copy them all in from the different folders. I personally prefer that the models are complete in their folder with their standard weapons, as thats the main thing I print. It would be more work to find the standard intended combination from splitted folders than it is to collect the weapon models for a extra weapons folder.

Can we please go back to sort weapons and bodies separately. Sorting files by characters is such a pain for me to choose the weapons I want to put on the minis. Right now I need to go back and forth between folders to find the right body and the right weapon. Like if survivor A was so obvious which one it is among them.

Amazing models and great supports from Greg. Got the mounted Hiro set, minus the base, on a single plate, sliced and through photon file validator in less than 5 minutes, and to my printer. Can't wait to paint these for my next DnD session. I'm using them as Cultists in the Underdark in my Out of the Abyss campaign.

Gotta say I'm not that impressed in the bases released with this release. Most of them are specific to the model and have blank spots for them to be attached....I usually like to use bases I get with these sets with other models...

Hey, you can try changing the name to make it shorter? or it may be problem, if the item you are unzipping is in a folder, within a folder, within a folder etc. because the "address" (where your file is located on your computer adds up to be too long. It might not be the file name being too long in itself.

Whenever trying to open a chitubox file from only this set i'm getting the error: "The suffix chi is not supported. Please ask the device vendor for the relevant suffix plugin." and am unable to open it. Edit: fixed the issue. Problem was I had extracted it with 7zip which was causing the error somehow, but extracting it with w10 onto my desktop worked without issues.

That's my favourite too, printing 2 of him, dual daggers and open hand / bow.

maybe try unzipping closer to the root of whatever drive you're using? There's a max path length (the number of characters of a file + the number of characters of every folder leading up to that file) in some OSes. Moving the zip closer to the root of a drive reduces that number, meaning it's more likely to be less than the max length and unzip properly.

There also shouldn't be any problems with placing the figure on the base, since the surface area is a bit larger than the original.

So Im having an issue with not being able to unpack the zip files with "supported" in the title. says its too long of a file name. Is that just with 7zip maybe?

I hate to be "that guy", but i printed modular survivors A and B, and some of the supports are kinda iffy. Most notably, on the gun and crossbow, the supports are WAY too close to the model. Both the top and middle sections of the supports. I get that the light supports are supposed to be close to the model or else they thin out too much and can't support much, but in some places it really could have benefitted from even 1 mm of extra distance. Having the models pre-supported really saves a lot of time, so they're still worth it. Just something to watch out for.

Last actually has another definition that means "most previous" The last batch of amazons released a little while ago but it wont be the last as the next batch is coming soon enough. The last Marvel film I saw was alright, but it wont be the last I see.

You get STL files in addition to the chitubox files, and either way they're not sliced. Chitubox will slice and export to the file format your printer needs once you define it in the settings.

Not to be ungrateful for the supports, BUT Chitubox for Elegoo Mars pro uses a different format. Should you not be using the latest format ??? The Saturn is also going to be using the new format. You may want to consider creating these to the latest format.

One point on the English translation. When you say the "last" batch of Amazons I think you mean the "latest" batch of Amazons. "Last" implies there won't be any more, "Latest" implies "most recent" or "current".

I know it is not and easy question to answer, but I'm thinking about buying the amazons in MMF and after the latest news I'm not sure if I should wait for them being offered in a complete pre-supported pack. Do you think they will be added in the near future? If they are pre-supported will these miniatures we buy now be updated with that feature?
