Important note on the SHOP!
You asked for it so many times and we can finally deliver these complete bundles!
Finally MyMiniFactory manager has increased our maximum upload from 500MB to to what's needed to publish Pre-Supported COMPLETE releases (often more than 1GB).
We were not even sure this was possible!
Before commeting, please take your time to read the full post :)
So, if you planned to buy Ogre Set, Jurakin Set, Oathbreaker Set or Oni Set (well it's up now on Patreon!), old on few days please. We will publish a heavy discount code once they are out, and these big Complete Bundles will be the only ones providing supports.
We start publishing COMPLETE BUNDLES (with presupports) on June. The first 4 are almost ready, the others will need many weeks of works considering we also do the Patreon release. It will be 30$ for a complete release, with every STL coming ALSO with Pre-Supports on. Well about 20$ since we have 30% Discount Codes every month.
Bundles will looks like these, and we will make sure in the logo it's clear that these have supports included:
It's basically a bit less than what will cost to get a full set in our Shop (the total of 4 modulars+2 heroes minibundle; mounted hero, pinup, terrain).
These Complete Bundles will be the only items in our shop with supports files included.
There will be a Complete Bundle for each monthly releases, and probably 1 for each Bonus Set, such Troubles in Taverns or the future Eye of Tialevor. We will try to be consistent and upload at least 1 per month, but still it depends on the complexity of the Patreon release.
As we have been discussing many times, Greg skill on Pre-Supporting had been improved in the last months, and he will slowly pre-support the old releases too, for us to publish every now and then a Complete previous pack.
Before you ask, we don't have presupported old files. We had few tests (never complete release) on some of the most complex models, not professional supports on every single STL. So basically all the previous 10 releases from month 1 on Patreon needs to be pre-supported at the best quality possible and tested multiple time before they get to published in our shop.
As mentioned before, Only the COMPLETE BUNDLES will get the presupports, we are already asking a lot to MMF manager by doing this.
Also, as you might know, some older sets had not even been tested. After years and years doing 3d minis for various industries we have a sort of sixth sense when exporting models. We know what can be printed and what can't be printed. Most of the times we don't need tests, and this is the reason why such a small team can make these releases in time every month. In the end, if a model have some kind of problem we can fix it on the fly and reupload quickly.
And well, from few months this is 100% solved as Greg is testing every single STL when doing presupports.
Also, as some older Sets have less models than the others (Mounts, Pinup, at least 6 Modular and both heroes Modular), we are slowly expanding those in the Shop.
Please make sure to download this month Set before it expire at the end of the Month :)

^This. I had a FDM printer, but just got my first resin printer a couple weeks ago. I've been trying out several Patreons to find the style I like and the ones that seem friendliest to newbies. So I will be keeping my subscription here because pre-supported makes it easier for me until I learn more, and I like being able to get the sets I missed at a discounted price. The upcoming loyalty figure looks amazing too!

Means I can pay a bundle discount of $20 with the monthly discounts. I didn't support early on at the $10 price, so I'm happy and ok to pay slightly more for the all-in bundle. I feel like I am the target customer for these bundles. And I love it. Thanks AG. I was looking at having to piecemeal a few here and there, but now I can just go all-in on older sets when they get "bundled" eventually.

And me myself, i bought the discounted barbarian orcs this month. If they ever get some upgrade, do we have to re-buy it? :( Any plan to sell only the presupported version of some files?

You'd have to provide the code privately by request, I expect, so that you can check whether a person was indeed an original Patron.

2020-05-29 19:02:08 +0000 UTCI Really Appreciate this move, The Superb Monthly released Bundles to sell as a "Bundle" in MMF makes perfect sense and makes it easy to gain the delights from previous month releases, nice and simple , with no fuss, well it certainly will be for me :-) as a "New" supporter from May. Pre-supported is a huge Time saving Bonus, (For some) but if you want to do your own then simple do just do your own. Looks like I came in at just the right time, though I wish I was here from the start, so again can appreciate some of the comments I have read, RE: Extra or Bonus Sculpts for some Previous Releases. To those I say, I am just Grateful quality like this is available, period. (Think about it) @AG Happy to be on Board ~ Love your work.

2020-05-29 07:51:30 +0000 UTCHello! Patreon will stay the same, we will make polls ane develop complete sets that also comed with supports as free bonus. Also freebied will be offered when they are done, like the two spellcasters this month. Jumping back to Ogres and remaking those almost from scratch, developing hte missing models and presupport all of them is no joke, and it's something that we could have just not do and save days of work. We had a really high request, even proposes of possible kickstarter to expand them. Instead we just make these new sculpts (that are totally additional) and offer them in the shop. On the first place we could have just not sculpted them, we are already working a lot on the monthly release. If you are interested in getting the new Ogre please do so, otherwise just ignore them.

I’ve been a patreon for ages... so are you telling me if I want the full sets of the previous months that I have already supported you for, I need to buy new figures? Sorry I’m just a bit confused... like I get that I paid for unsupported models. That’s fine... I don’t mind their being an additional fee for supports. ($20 seems a lot but that’s up to you.) What I’m confused about is that when I signed up for this patreon, I believed I was getting the models related to each set, each month (as I’m a completionist) ; so am I to understand that’s no longer the case? Like their will be bonus models from older lines, that I need to buy individually if I want a complete set? If that’s the case... I’m not really sure how I feel about things. I love your work but the idea of having to start buying bits and bobs to get a full set, really puts me off.

We are dealing with old sets starting from the Ogre very slowly, once we end a month and are waiting for the following one. There's not much time

2020-05-26 09:27:38 +0000 UTCYeah I completely agree, I bought all the patreon items I missed except the faceless ones, bought the guild, orcs, ogres, and vampires, with all their heroes...as well as the trouble in the taverns and the epic bosses I jumped on the presupported membership once it was up, and was very thankful when you included it in the normal releases I agree it's hard to please everyone, but maybe if you van get a higher discount cost or something that you can find out for those who want the presupported but don't feel like paying for them twice

On the other hand it seems to penalize patreons or people who bought your products on MMF. For example, I bought the 4 modular + 2 heroes + mounted hero + pinup for orc barbarians, but when the barbarian orcs are released as a bundle they will cost less have more minis and come pre-supported... Maybe I'm missing something here, and I know it is impossible to make everyone happy, but isn't there a way to reward people who have bought those products either in patreon or MMF (Discounting the price they've already paid from the new bundles, for example)?
