What helps you fall asleep?

Only two days left to get my Suimi fanservice set for those not in Diamond nya~+ tiers!

for me its ASMR videos of late. Ive found a lady that hits my triggers quite well and its easy for me to relax after that. GIBIasmr is who im refering to. but normally i play a rainstorm playlist on spotify and im out in 10~~15 minutes.
