2025-11-13 08:25:04 +0000 UTCThe Maxi-Golf dude is played by Benny Safdie, co-writer and co-director of the Adam Sandler movie Uncut Gems, which is an incredible movie, as well as the co-director of the movie Good Time with Robert Pattinson, which is also an incredible watch. He directed last month's The Smashing Machine with Dwayne Johnson. He was also in Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer and is in Nolan's 2026 movie The Odyssey.

2025-11-11 00:08:34 +0000 UTCI gotta say *SPOILER ALERT* - I have mad respect for Adam Sandler for giving the character of Shooter McGavin a redemption arc and showed that, despite it all, Shooter STILL had respect for the game of golf itself to play without going the extra mile to cheat by potentially causing serious damage to his own body as he tried to cause for Happy in the first film.
